The Committee on Roads and Transportation moves to amend the bill on page 2, section 9, line 2, after the word "involved", by inserting a period and striking the remainder of the subsection;
And
On page 2, section 9, after line 12, by inserting a new subsection, designated subsection (d), to read as follows:
"(d) The social security number of any person named or disclosed in a written report may not be disclosed to the public: Provided, That the provisions of this subsection do not apply to disclosures of reports to law- enforcement agencies."
